For me these rituals include eating a whole-food, plant-centered diet, making sleep a non-negotiable practice, daily movement, practicing nervous system regulation and mindfulness, drinking lots of water, spending time in nature soaking up the sunshine or cold dipping in the ocean, and quality time with loved ones – ideally intertwined with adventures and exploration of the world.
While I help create strong foundations of health for all patients, I am passionate about women’s health. I address many concerns that involve hormonal imbalance, encompassing infertility, menstrual issues, acne, thyroid disorders, and peri- and post-menopausal symptoms. Alongside hormonal balance, I prioritize supporting the other main pillars of health- improving digestive function, increasing energy, boosting brain function, mood, and sleep quality, restoring heart vitality, enhancing detoxification, and optimizing immune function.
Committed to supporting women radiate confidence in the skin they’re in, I also offer aesthetic services as part of a comprehensive approach to overall well-being. IV vitamin infusions are a foundational tool I will often use with patients to help them feel better quickly, and to maintain optimal nutrition.
My own health journey guided my educational path of exploration where I received my Batchelor of Science in Biology from the University of Calgary, and my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from CCNM in Greater Vancouver. Originally practicing in Copenhagen while exploring Europe, I then transitioned to Calgary for several years where I practiced along-side medical doctors in an integrative and collaborative way. My fiancé and I moved to Victoria in 2023 with our blue-eyed sphynx cat -Thomas- drawn again to the lifestyle that the West Coast has to offer.

I’m an Albertan that moved out to the West Coast and hasn’t been able to leave. I fell in love with Victoria and Vancouver Island during my undergrad and knew that after naturopathic medical school in Vancouver, I would be back. I’m a believer in living my best life and getting the most out of each day. In that sense, I feel that proper nutrition, quality sleep, healthy relationships, time in nature and spending time doing what you love fosters a healthy body, mind and spirit so that each day can be great. For me, that means wholesome vegan food, running along Dallas Road, doing yoga in the mornings, going camping and catching up with friends to share a laugh.
