Co-founder, Beauty Expert & Socialite
Born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC, Katerina (“Kat”) Mustafovic has been a respected leader in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 25 years. She specializes in skin laser treatments, medical facials, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal, and is known for helping clients achieve healthy, natural-looking results that enhance their confidence.
As Co-Founder of Beam Beauty & Wellness Centre and co-owner of Victoria’s award-winning Best Med Spa, Kat brings decades of industry experience, advanced treatment expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best. Throughout her career, she has built a loyal following of clients who trust her knowledge, honesty, and personalized approach to care.
Beyond her technical expertise, Kat is known for her warm personality, infectious energy, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. She takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
When she’s not at the clinic, Kat enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking local trails, supporting community events, exploring fashion, enjoying great food, and making memories with family and friends.

Dr. Jarret Morrow
MD, CCFP, FRACGP
Dr. Jarret Morrow, MD, CCFP, FRACGP is an experienced physician and advanced cosmetic injector with over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine, specializing in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation treatments. He earned his medical degree and completed postgraduate training at the University of Alberta, where he also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine.
Having practiced aesthetic medicine on two continents, Dr. Morrow brings a broad, evidence-based perspective to his work. He has a special interest in full-face assessment and rejuvenation, helping clients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.
Dr. Morrow believes aesthetic medicine should enhance—not change—a person’s appearance. His approach focuses on prevention, healthy aging, and achieving subtle, balanced results that preserve each client’s individuality. He treats both male and female clients and is known for helping people look refreshed, confident, and never overdone.

Dr. Ayla Lester, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for helping women optimize their health, vitality, and confidence through every stage of life. She specializes in women’s health and hormone balance, supporting concerns related to fertility, menstrual health, thyroid function, stress, metabolism, and peri- and post-menopause.
Dr. Ayla believes that true wellness extends beyond the absence of disease and is built upon a foundation of balanced physical, mental, emotional, and social health. She takes a comprehensive, evidence-informed approach to care, helping patients optimize energy, digestion, brain function, mood, sleep, heart health, immunity, and overall well-being through personalized treatment plans.

Sara McFadden, NP(F), MScN, RN(C) is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and a special focus on women’s health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and continues to provide holistic, family-centred care alongside her aesthetic practice.
As a Certified Aesthetic Injector, Sara combines advanced medical expertise with an eye for natural, balanced results. Her background in family practice shapes a patient-centred, trauma-informed approach to every treatment, with a strong emphasis on safety, comfort, and individualized care.
Passionate about supporting women’s confidence and overall well-being, Sara believes aesthetic medicine should enhance—not change—a person’s appearance. She is known for delivering subtle, refined results that help clients look refreshed while still feeling like themselves.

Ashlee Smith is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with over eight years of experience in advanced medical aesthetics. She is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that enhance her clients’ natural beauty while supporting long-term skin health and confidence.
Ashlee specializes in neuromodulators (Botox®, and Dysport®), dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and SkinVive®, laser treatments, energy-based therapies, women’s health treatments, and medical-grade skincare. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she focuses on achieving natural-looking results that help clients look refreshed, confident, and never overdone.

As the founder of SCIENCE+ Skincare, Ashlee combines her clinical expertise and passion for skin health to develop effective, science-backed skincare solutions that complement in-clinic treatments and support lasting results.

Chantelle Nicoletti is a Senior Laser Technician and Operations Lead with over ten years of experience in aesthetics, including eight years specializing in medical aesthetics. Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, she combines advanced technical expertise with a personalized approach to care, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Chantelle specializes in advanced laser and skin rejuvenation treatments, including Morpheus8, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare. With extensive experience using Alma and InMode technologies, she is committed to delivering safe, effective treatments and exceptional results. She is also highly knowledgeable in Dermalogica, AlumierMD, and ZO Skin Health skincare systems, helping clients develop customized skincare routines that support long-term skin health.
Known for her honesty, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Chantelle is passionate about educating clients and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment journey. Born in Vancouver and raised on Vancouver Island, Kaitlan Brun has always been passionate about skin health and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Her career began in the television and film industry in Vancouver, but her fascination with the science of skincare and the transformative results of medical-grade treatments ultimately led her to pursue a career in medical aesthetics.
With over five years of experience specializing in advanced laser and skin rejuvenation treatments, Kaitlan is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatment plans and expert care. She is passionate about educating clients on their skin health and creating treatment journeys that deliver meaningful, confidence-boosting results.

Bryanna Phaneuf is often one of the first friendly faces clients meet when they visit the clinic. With a background in medical office administration and healthcare, she brings exceptional organization, professionalism, and client care to every interaction.
Prior to joining Beam, Bryanna worked in medical and radiology clinics, where she gained extensive experience supporting patients, coordinating appointments, and helping healthcare teams deliver seamless care. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience and ensuring every client feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their Beam journey.
Outside of the clinic, Bryanna enjoys spending time with family and friends and embracing Vancouver Island life.
Kyla Fiddick

Kyla Fiddick is the Co-Founder and Director of Beam Beauty & Wellness Centre, where she combines her expertise in business strategy, finance, and operations with a passion for wellness and helping people thrive.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with an extensive background in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and business advisory services, Kyla has spent her career helping organizations grow, scale, and achieve long-term success. At Beam, she oversees strategic planning, operations, finance, partnerships, and business development, helping turn a shared vision into one of Greater Victoria’s premier beauty, wellness, and women’s health destinations.
Passionate about making wellness more accessible, Kyla believes true confidence comes from feeling your best both inside and out. Together with co-founder Katerina Mustafovic, she is committed to building a collaborative environment where clients can access innovative beauty, wellness, and women’s health services under one roof.
